”This is a support group, gathering - uniting women in the pest industry.
There is no CEO/COO for this group, or a Pestrogen LLC. No scheme designed to pressure that everyone should be owner operators, at my gain. Purely, in essence, is a safe space to talk industry; whether you are a distributer of our most cherished products, the glue that holds us all together at the office, a passionate sales professional, or if you're down and dirty in a crawlspace. This group is about inclusion as we share our experiences, studies and passions with one another.
The aim is that - we all have diverse goals and aspirations but, at the the end of the day, we cheer each other on to be a bit further than we were yesterday. With a casual but yet professional atmosphere, it's ok to laugh and be comfortable as you are but alongside incredibly knowledgeable and talented women.
